How we work
- Booked appointments. Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. You get a window planned around your day, and we keep it.
- Written prices, first. The number comes before the work, flat and in writing. If the job changes once it's open, the price is re-approved before we continue.
- Permits, always. Replacements are pulled on permit and inspected: the code's second set of eyes on our work.
- Plain answers. If a repair will outlive its worth, we'll say "replace" and show the math. If a flush buys your tank years, we'll say that instead.
